Sales Tax.
Only orders shipped to Massachusetts addresses are subject to (6.25%) sales tax.
Return Policy and Procedure.

Refund does not include original shipping/handling costs, express shipping costs or return shipping costs. Damaged items will be replaced at our expense. This policy does not apply to damage caused by negligence, misuse and/or improper handling.
Can I include a personalized card with my order?
Yes, simply type your message in the "Comment or Gift Message" area. We will print your message on a card and include it with your order.
Can I place one order with multiple items and have them shipped to different addresses?
No, unfortunately you will have to place a separate order for each "Ship To" address.
Will you notify me when the order ships?
Yes, an email will be sent to the email address given in the "Bill To" section of the order form.
What is the Credit Card Security Code CVV2 and where can I find it?
When paying with Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express, you can find your CVV2 number here.
United States Shipping.
We offer USPS Priority Mail™ service for fast 1-3 day delivery and USPS Express Mail™ service for overnight delivery to most domestic destinations. We always offer discounted shipping: when ordering multiple items, your total shipping cost will never exceed $21.04. Your total shipping cost will always be between $4.80 and $21.04 depending on the "ship to" address and weight of package. Discounted shipping applies to USPS Priority Mail™ service when all items are shipped to the same "ship to" address within the 48 contiguous US states.
International Shipping.
We offer USPS Priority Mail™ International service and USPS Express Mail™ International service for delivery to most international destinations. Delivery times will be longer and will be subject to the destination's postal service. Duties and taxes are due upon receipt of an international order and are the responsibility of the recipient.
